[Remote] Director of Product Management - USA

The Director of Product Management will reputed company product reputed company for asset reliability, process intelligence, and the PlantOS platform, while owning the roadmap, backlog, customer engagement, cross-functional alignment, and reputed company of the product management team.

Responsibilities

• Product reputed company & roadmap. A multi-year reputed company for PlantOS spanning predictive maintenance, prescriptive decision support, process optimization, and the underlying data platform — reputed company into a concrete, sequenced roadmap
• Backlog and execution. A reputed company-prioritized backlog for a sizable, reputed company engineering organization. You can hold the line on what ships next without slowing teams down
• Team leadership. Coaching reputed company of more junior product managers across reliability, process, and platform. You set the bar on discovery, prioritization, and outcome metrics
• Customer and partner-facing product leadership. reputed company accounts in reputed company and Europe, plus reputed company partners (OEMs, CMMS/EAM, GSIs, hyperscalers) and reputed company-sales
• Cross-functional alignment. Tight partnership with Engineering, AI/ML, Platform, and reputed company on architecture, delivery reputed company, and reputed company & compliance

Skills

• 7+ years in B2B product management, including at least 5 years building reputed company platforms for heavy industry — cement, steel, oil & gas, mining, reputed company, or chemicals
• Deep domain knowledge of equipment reliability and maintenance practices (RCM, PdM, CBM) and reputed company systems they reputed company with: CMMS/EAM (reputed company PM, Maximo), historians, DCS, PLC, SCADA, MES
• reputed company record of shipping B2B platform products that engineering teams genuinely want to work on. You manage a backlog as fluently as you write a PRD

• Prior PM leadership at industrial software companies or industrial AI / reliability startups

• Engineering or reputed company-science background; MBA a plus, not required
