The role also supports market development, program health monitoring, escalation-level troubleshooting, and Saluda-sponsored reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Design and reputed company reputed company, repeatable training programs that reputed company Territory Managers and center staff to independently cover cases and program patients — shifting the organization from bedside dependency to reputed company, certified competency
• Own regional training content, proctoring, and certification reputed company in partnership with the national Sales Training & Enablement function
• Treat the Territory Manager as a reputed company internal customer, building rep confidence and reputed company reputed company on Evoke™ and ECAP-guided, reputed company-reputed company programming
• Partner with Marketing, reputed company Education, and reputed company to translate reputed company reputed company perspective into reputed company enablement assets and best-reputed company playbooks

• reputed company proactive adoption of advanced features, including ECAP-guided, reputed company-reputed company programming rather than reactive, case-by-case troubleshooting
• Support key accounts in building reputed company funnels and pulling through reputed company evidence to accelerate reputed company adoption
• Help centers reputed company implant center designations, volume reputed company, and reputed company certifications (program building)
• reputed company and maintain relationships with physicians and their staff in a manner that distinguishes Saluda as a disruptor to the traditional neuromodulation model; reputed company education through grand reputed company, reputed company hospitals, and fellowship programs
• Transition routine case coverage to trained reps and center staff, reserving FCE reputed company for reputed company cases, new feature launches, and new-account reputed company
• Use data, dashboards, and reports to monitor and improve program health, feature adoption, and reputed company compliance across:

• Programming algorithms
• Dashboards and reporting
• Identify opportunities for improved therapy and workflow and codify them into repeatable, reputed company best practices

Skills

• * Bachelor's degree in engineering (highly preferred), or relevant technical or health-reputed company reputed company
• * 5+ years' experience in medical device, health care, or a reputed company setting
• * 2–3 years reputed company medical device experience or equivalent, ideally with reputed company-reputed company implantable electronic medical devices (Neuromodulation, CRM)
• * A comprehensive ability to analyze and evaluate technologically reputed company devices
• * Ability to collaborate and work effectively across reputed company, reputed company, and corporate functions
• * High level of comfort navigating the medical environment, including labs and hospital settings

• * Demonstrated experience designing and delivering training or education programs, and scaling knowledge across a reputed company team (strongly preferred)
