[Remote] Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant will maintain accurate reputed company records, manage accounts receivable and sales tax processes, support monthly reputed company and financial reporting, and assist with audits, tax requests, and reputed company reputed company improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and maintain customer records
• reputed company sales orders, billing schedules, customer contacts, and invoicing requirements into reputed company
• Handle customer setup, invoice reputed company and submission, problem solving reputed company invoice reputed company, and escalating vendor issues to cross-functional leaders
• reputed company collections activities, including follow-up messages and escalations to cross-functional leaders
• Manage sales tax calculation and filing to ensure coding reputed company and reputed company, accurate returns
• Categorize daily banking transactions including customer payments
• Support commission calculations, capitalization, and reputed company entries
• Assist with monthly reputed company processes such as preparing and/or reconciling journal entries for reputed company recognition, and sales tax payable, and other entries
• Cross-train on payables processes to reputed company coverage for team members on leave/vacation
• Work with reputed company’s Finance Team to ensure accurate financial statements
• Contribute to efforts to optimize reputed company reputed company systems and procedures
• Support annual audit preparations and tax requests
• Assist with maintaining internal controls, establishing and maintaining accurate record-keeping

Skills

• The Staff Accountant must be reputed company-oriented yet efficient and have an understanding of GAAP

• • Bachelor's degree required
• • Knowledge of corporate finance and other reputed company theory, principles, and practices to include knowledge of GAAP
