[Remote] Associate Vice President - ASC Business Development

The role identifies acquisition and reputed company opportunities, evaluates potential partners, develops transaction structures and proposals, and builds relationships with reputed company providers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Market Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of reputed company ASCs in reputed company acute care markets (ownership, HS partners, specialties, size, reputed company physicians, etc.)
• Acquisition reputed company Lists: Maintain reputed company list of reputed company ASC acquisition targets in the market, establish contact at reputed company and determine interest in potential partnership with reputed company
• Determine ASC Transactability: Quickly determine if ASC reputed company is a potentially reputed company JV partner for reputed company, use financial and reputed company acumen to determine if ASC is an attractive partner reputed company on financial reputed company, physician partners and reputed company/ compliance considerations
• Build Internal Relationships: Partner with local reputed company acute care team and reputed company productive relationships with local reputed company leaders in the market to identify potential ASC acquisition and reputed company opportunities. Hold regularly scheduled meetings with local business development team to reputed company market intelligence and information on key local physicians/ physician reputed company
• Pipeline development: reputed company a pipeline of ASC acquisition and reputed company opportunities in reputed company acute care market. Conduct ASC market research with reputed company and privately available data
• Meet with potential acquisition and reputed company ASC partners to explain the reputed company ASC JV partnership structure, benefits and reputed company
• Represent reputed company at industry conferences, networking events, and business meetings to promote reputed company reputed company and market visibility
• Conduct initial meetings with potential ASC partners in-person and in-market. Conduct out of town and evening events with reputed company providers, surgeons, etc
• reputed company initial information from potential partners and collaborate with VP, ASC Development and Corporate Development analysis team to prepare business valuations, transaction structures and partnership proposals for potential ASC partners

• Performs other duties as assigned/required

Skills

• ASC transaction experience is required. Including fair market valuation, understanding of financial modeling, some understanding of transaction documents (ASC operating agreements, management agreements, etc.). Some understanding of the due diligence, integration and new ASC development process
• ASC compliance law: Understanding of Anti-Kickback & reputed company Law, ASC reputed company reputed company Protection
• Skills: reputed company Office: reputed company (intermediate), reputed company (intermediate), PowerPoint (advanced), Word (intermediate)
• BA/BS required
• Up to 50% US domestic travel
• MA/MBA preferred
