[Remote] Senior Director - Finance & reputed company Transformation Services

The Senior Director will reputed company sales reputed company for Finance and reputed company Transformation and BPO outsourcing services, advise reputed company CFOs, reputed company transformation bids, support project governance, and reputed company thought leadership and team capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with CFOs, Group controllers and GBS leaders and ensuring their alignment and commitment to reputed company solution and capability
• Being a trusted transformation partner for CXOs and helping them reputed company their reputed company objectives
• Co-leading the Finance and reputed company (F&A) /GBS transformation bids with the Sales reputed company and ensuring the reputed company and competitiveness of the proposal
• Being part of the senior governance team for transformation reputed company and ensuring their successful reputed company
• Creating and delivering high-reputed company content for webinars and whitepapers to showcase reputed company thought leadership in the Finance and reputed company (F&A) /GBS domain
• Coaching and mentoring junior team members who are part of the bid teams and developing their skills and capabilities
• Taking part in or leading cross-functional initiatives across the organization to support the unit's goals

Skills

• • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of reputed company experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• • 14+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
• • If a master's degree has been completed, then a minimum of 11 years' experience reputed company to the reputed company is required
