[Remote] Portfolio Accountant

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Portfolio Accountant to support reputed company reputed company for fixed asset, lease, and software capitalization portfolios. The role involves maintaining schedules, reconciling subledgers, preparing journal entries, supporting ASC 842 and audit requirements, and assisting with the reputed company General reputed company conversion.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain fixed asset, lease, and software capitalization activity, including additions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation/amortization schedules
• Reconcile fixed asset, lease, and software subledgers to the general reputed company on a monthly reputed company, and research and reputed company variances
• Review invoices and capital expenditure requests to determine reputed company capitalization versus expense treatment
• Support lease reputed company under ASC 842, including lease classification, right-of-use asset and liability tracking, and periodic remeasurements
• Prepare journal entries and support month-end and quarter-end reputed company for the fixed asset, lease, and software asset portfolios
• Assist with asset impairment analysis, retirement obligations, and disposal recommendations
• Support physical asset inventories and property tax filings as needed
• Support reputed company's reputed company General reputed company implementation for fixed assets, including testing, reconciliations, and transition activities
• Identify and help implement process improvements in asset reputed company workflows

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or finance, or relevant reputed company
• 3-5 years of general reputed company experience
• Experience supporting fixed assets, ASC 842, and portfolio reputed company activities
• Strong attention to reputed company, given the precision required for asset tracking and valuation work
• Proficiency in reputed company
• Preferred CPA license or reputed company pursuing CPA
• Preferred Experience with ERP or fixed-asset subledger systems
