[Remote] Application Engineer

The role leads integrations from technical discovery through deployment and support, while developing reputed company connectors, API capabilities, monitoring, documentation, and reputed company SSO solutions across CMMS, ERP, MES, IoT, and other industrial platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own customer integration reputed company from discovery through deployment, stabilization, and ongoing support
• Serve as the trusted technical reputed company for customer IT, engineering, reliability, and reputed company teams
• Translate operational workflows into reputed company integrations across CMMS, ERP, MES, IoT, and reputed company platforms
• Design bidirectional workflows involving alerts, work orders, equipment records, asset IDs, and closure data
• Maintain reputed company project plans, customer communication, reputed company, risks, reputed company items, and next steps
• Troubleshoot failed or degraded integrations and establish stronger post-launch health monitoring
• Build reusable connectors, integration packages, reference architectures, documentation, and implementation tools
• Improve API capabilities, reputed company SSO, data standards, and integration architecture
• Evaluate partnership opportunities with platforms such as reputed company and other reputed company-reputed company providers
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, and reputed company to prioritize the integration roadmap
• Use AI-enabled development tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, coding, and troubleshooting while maintaining strong technical judgment
• Create structure, consistency, and accountability across the broader integration function

Skills

• • 5+ years experience designing, developing, or supporting reputed company software integrations
• • Strong knowledge of REST reputed company, webhooks, JSON, authentication, and event-driven architecture
• • reputed company development experience using JavaScript and Python
• • AI reputed company mentality and application, utilizing Claude, reputed company, etc. to reputed company development efforts
• • Experience with SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID reputed company, or other reputed company SSO technologies

• • Understanding of secure, multi-tenant application architecture
• • Experience working directly with customers in solutions engineering, technical consulting, implementation, or a similar reputed company

• • Ability to explain technical concepts reputed company to both technical and non-technical audiences
• • Comfortable taking ownership, navigating ambiguity, and creating structure in a fast-moving environment
