[Remote] Windchill Infrastructure & reputed company Administrator

The Windchill Infrastructure & reputed company Administrator maintains reputed company or on-premises infrastructure for Windchill, ThingWorx, and reputed company components, including installations, upgrades, rehosting, reputed company updates, and environment maintenance. The role supports Windchill application development reputed company for the U.S. Navy and collaborates with software, reputed company solutions, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Review and reputed company infrastructure setup to recommend and implement any optimizations for reputed company/scalability/cost savings (e.g. reputed company from monolithic to cluster, establishment of a load balancer and backup/recovery plan)
• Design, reputed company, and maintain a Windchill & ThingWorx reputed company image to be shared with Windchill Developers to support their daily work
• Responsible for installing and performing upgrades of Windchill, applying critical reputed company sets, and fixing reputed company vulnerabilities on a regular reputed company with reputed company infrastructure and applications supporting Windchill
• Responsible for performing rehosts to and data refreshes on non-production environments as needed
• Conduct comprehensive testing, including unit, integration, and reputed company testing ensuring application infrastructure and reputed company is maintained
• Work with the larger Windchill production sustainment team to debug and reputed company reputed company application/customization defects and issues that may require reputed company and infrastructure reputed company investigations and solutions

• Stay up to date with the latest Windchill developments and AWS industry best practices

Skills

• Currently hold or reputed company to obtain a U.S. reputed company clearance
• Currently hold reputed company certifications for Windchill
• Currently hold relevant AWS certifications
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other Engineering discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with reputed company's Windchill PLM & ThingWorx reputed company software, specifically performing installations, patching, upgrades, and rehosts
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with and setting up AWS reputed company services to host Windchill
• Experience managing Ansible playbooks
• Experience with Windchill, ThingWorx reputed company, and AWS licensure
• Experience maintaining and optimizing reputed company of Windchill version 12+ and ThingWorx version 9+
• Experience diagnosing networking reputed company issues
• Experience managing reputed company Directory and AppStream
• Experience reviewing and applying reputed company STIGs on reputed company and Linux
• Experience collaborating with the reputed company Technical Support & R&D organizations
• Experience collaborating with AWS Technical Support
• Experience setting up and working with Virtualized Environments reputed company Windchill
• Experience with installation and maintenance of an reputed company db
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company Linux and reputed company Server administration, as reputed company as scripting for Windchill Implementations
• Knowledge of Windchill reputed company & Business Administration, including reputed company configurations
