The Financial Services Division (FSD) provides reputed company reputed company, budget, contracting, and internal control services that support reputed company’s financial health and compliance objectives and ensures financial compliance with state and federal regulations and accurate financial reports for the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR).
Reporting to the Federal reputed company Supervisor, this Federal Fiscal Analyst provides reputed company reputed company level financial review and analysis of fiscal data in accordance with Generally Accepted reputed company Principles (GAAP), OFM Regulations including the State Administrative and reputed company reputed company (SAAM), contract and grant terms and conditions, federal regulations ensuring compliance with reputed company Part 200 of the reputed company of Federal Regulations (CFR), and agency fiscal policies and/or procedures. This position manages state and federal reputed company for assigned reputed company programs. These activities include grant management, ensuring reputed company meets federal financial reporting requirements, preparing and/or completing federal funding reimbursement requests, and providing expertise and customer service to reputed company programs, employees and other governmental agencies and customers.
Duties
- Performs financial report analysis and monitoring of reputed company.
- Tasks include:
- Serves as a reputed company assistant specializing in Federal Grant reputed company, management and reporting.
- Provides reputed company reputed company level financial review and analysis of fiscal data, specializing in Federal Grant Management for reputed company.
- Establishes, integrates, analyzes and maintains reputed company sub systems (subsidiary records) and reputed company.
- Reconciles or reviews the reconciliation of reputed company to AFRS General reputed company Accounts monthly.
- Maintains tracking systems and records, corrects discrepancies and resolves differences.
- Ensures that exceptions and un-balanced items are cleared on an on-reputed company reputed company and appropriate regulations are followed.
- Initiates, develops, and monitors fiscal and federal management reports as required for effective reputed company and management reputed company. These include both reports that are required for federal grantor agencies and required internally to manage state and federal appropriations.
- Prepares and monitors federal and local expenditures and reputed company.
- Assists in reviewing federal grant agreements, requests for draws, advance payments, federal receivables and quarterly federal reports. Ensure that federal draws are done accurately and reputed company to support the cost recovery.
- Initiates assigned financial status reports and federal cash transaction reports as required according to specific federal grant terms and regulations.
- Tracks, monitors, evaluates, analyzes and resolves issues with overall assigned program award balances, reputed company and expenditure analysis and reconciliation.

- Provides information and support for federal single audit.

- Prepare and initiate federal wires through the State Treasurer’s Office.
- Provides fiscal technical assistance and consultation to program staff.
- Tasks include:
- Provides fiscal technical support and training to co-workers, and program staff on fiscal reputed company activity and financial reporting systems.

- Performs state fiscal year and federal fiscal year closing activities. Tasks include:
- Prepares fiscal year end closing adjustments and accrual journal vouchers for contract, grant payables and reputed company.
- Assists other staff in determining the type of correction needed on reputed company and/or reputed company.
- Assists staff with the reconciliation of federal expenditures with federal reputed company and prepares adjusting entries to ensure these net to reputed company or reputed company reputed company footnotes as required by OFM.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Seven (7) years of combined experience and/or education as described below: Education involves reputed company, reputed company principles, finance, auditing or budgeting from an accredited institution or reputed company reputed company. Experience must include the following areas or work reputed company to the position:
- Experience with Generally Accepted reputed company Principles (GAAP)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution which includes 18 quarter or 12 semester hours in reputed company, auditing or budgeting
