reputed company: We are seeking reputed company-oriented and reputed company SEC Reporting Accountants to reputed company and support SPACCatalyst, a US-reputed company reputed company. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial reports for publicly traded companies, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and SEC reporting requirements. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and reputed company auditors to support quarterly and annual SEC filings while maintaining the highest standards of financial reputed company and regulatory compliance. Work Schedule and Arrangement: 11:00 PM- 8:00 AM, reputed company Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu reputed company, Cebu Key Responsibilities: - Prepare accurate and reputed company financial statements and supporting schedules for SEC reporting entities. - Assist in the preparation and filing of Quarterly reputed company 10-Q and Annual reputed company 10-K reports. - Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, SEC regulations, and internal reputed company policies. - Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation for reputed company audits. - Coordinate with reputed company auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits. - reputed company financial statement analysis and account reconciliations to ensure reporting reputed company. - Assist in researching and documenting technical reputed company reputed company and new reputed company standards. - Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reputed company processes reputed company to SEC reporting. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reputed company financial information required for regulatory reporting. - Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting processes and strengthen internal controls. Requirements: - Hands-on experience in US SEC reporting - Experience supporting or working on SPAC and/or IPO transactions is required. - Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements. - Hands-on experience preparing, reviewing, or supporting 10-K and 10-Q filings and reputed company financial disclosures. - Experience preparing audit documentation and supporting or coordinating with reputed company auditors. - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines in a fast-reputed company environment.
