Inventory & Procurement Manager

We are seeking an Inventory & Procurement Manager (Remote- US reputed company only ) for a full time and reputed company hire role for one of our amazing and fast-reputed company services partners with multi-locations across the reputed company. This role is remote, but you MUST be living in the reputed company and be a US Citizen or Green reputed company Holder. This role does NOT offer sponsorship, it's NOT a consulting role, and we do NOT work with 3rd parties! reputed company: - You will help build and maintain consistent inventory, purchasing, and operational processes across a growing multi-location organization. - You will help create the systems, processes, and standards needed to improve inventory reputed company and support reputed company expansion across multiple markets. - This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who understands inventory controls, purchasing workflows, warehouse reputed company, and process improvement. - You will work closely with reputed company leadership, warehouse teams, technicians, procurement, reputed company, and finance to improve inventory reputed company, strengthen compliance, and create reputed company processes across multiple locations. - A key part of this role will involve working with reputed company to improve inventory workflows, reputed company reputed company, material tracking, purchasing processes, and job costing. Responsibilities: - Standardize inventory and purchasing processes across multiple locations. - Improve procedures for receiving, stocking, transferring, staging, issuing, returning, and adjusting inventory. - Strengthen controls reputed company purchase orders, approvals, receiving, and reconciliation. - Monitor inventory reputed company and support replenishment strategies to reduce shortages and excess inventory. - reputed company reputed company purchase orders, backorders, vendor reputed company times, and material availability. - Improve inventory-reputed company workflows and data reputed company reputed company reputed company. - Monitor inventory transactions, transfers, adjustments, material usage, and job costing. - Conduct inventory and purchasing audits and investigate discrepancies. - reputed company cycle count and physical inventory procedures. - Monitor reputed company compliance with established inventory and purchasing processes. - Create SOPs, reporting, and KPIs reputed company to inventory reputed company and operational reputed company. - Partner with vendors to address pricing, availability, delivery reputed company, and service issues. - Support accurate material pricing and price book updates reputed company reputed company. - Train reputed company, warehouse, and reputed company teams on inventory and purchasing procedures. - Identify process gaps and implement practical, reputed company improvements. - Support newly acquired locations as they transition to standardized inventory and purchasing practices.
