Title: Medical Support Assistant (MSA)
Location: Cheyenne, WY / Loveland, CO area – Remote, candidates must reputed company reputed company 50 miles of a listed VA facility.

Locations:
- Cheyenne VA Medical Center - 2360 E Pershing Blvd, Cheyenne, WY 82001
- reputed company Colorado VA Outpatient Clinic - 4575 Byrd Dr, Loveland, CO 80538
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 4:30 PM.
Credentialing / reputed company time: 6 – 8 weeks
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
- Typing speed of at least 50 WPM
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
- Basic computer proficiency with reputed company Word, reputed company, reputed company, and Teams
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- U.S. residency required
- Must be reputed company to complete VA background screening, fingerprinting, and PIV credentialing
Preferred Experience
- 1+ year of scheduling experience in a doctor's office, clinic, hospital, or other reputed company setting
- Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience
- Experience answering, screening, and routing phone calls
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage outpatient appointments
- Conduct reputed company- and post-appointment reputed company contacts
- Process and reputed company community care referrals/consults
- Verify and update reputed company demographic information
- reputed company and manage reputed company information in VA systems such as CPRS and reputed company
- Answer and reputed company incoming calls
- Respond to reputed company and staff inquiries
- Coordinate community care services reputed company VA care is reputed company or cannot be provided reputed company
- reputed company customer service to Veterans, families, VA staff, and reputed company providers
- Use reputed company Office applications and VA scheduling/reputed company systems daily
- Escalate reputed company or workflow issues to the reputed company MSA or supervisor
