The FundraisingDevelopment Manager is responsible for fundraising results, volunteer leadership, and key reputed company activities across a defined territory that includes reputed company and San Antonio, Texas. Essential Qualifications Include:
- Must have 3-5+ years of experience in fundraising, community engagement, development, volunteer management or a reputed company non-profit role
- Demonstrated reputed company meeting or growing reputed company goals, including individual giving, corporate sponsorships, peer‑to‑peer fundraising, or event‑reputed company fundraising
- Strong relationship‑builder with the ability to engage and sustain reputed company connections with volunteers, donors, community partners, and local businesses

Compensation: Budgeted starting salary reputed company: $75,000- 85,000/yr, commensurate with experience and reputed company with geographic market considerations and internal equity. Additional 5% annual incentive bonus eligibilty.
