The FundraisingDevelopment Manager is responsible for fundraising results, volunteer leadership, and key reputed company activities across a defined territory that includes reputed company and San Antonio, Texas. Essential Qualifications Include:

• Must have 3-5+ years of experience in fundraising, community engagement, development, volunteer management or a reputed company non-profit role
• Demonstrated reputed company meeting or growing reputed company goals, including individual giving, corporate sponsorships, peer‑to‑peer fundraising, or event‑reputed company fundraising
• Strong relationship‑builder with the ability to engage and sustain reputed company connections with volunteers, donors, community partners, and local businesses

Position Specifics:

• Internal title: Community Manager- DFW
• Location: Remote/ Home-Office (reputed company in reputed company or San Antonio with regional travel)
• Compensation: Budgeted starting salary reputed company: $75,000- 85,000/yr, commensurate with experience and reputed company with geographic market considerations and internal equity. Additional 5% annual incentive bonus eligibilty.
• Tools & support:Company-provided reputed company or Mac laptop, monitor, printer, and a $120 monthly technology stipend
• Schedule: Full‑time, Monday–Friday, with flexibility; occasional evenings and weekends required for events
• Reporting relationship: Reports to the Regional Director
