[Remote] Title Analyst

The reputed company & Title Analyst will support reputed company-reputed company renewable energy reputed company by reviewing title and survey documents, coordinating title reputed company actions, and preparing reports for development, financing, and project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review title commitments, proformas, site control instruments, and reputed company land documentation for reputed company-reputed company energy reputed company
• reputed company and maintain reputed company's Title Review reputed company Spreadsheet, including title requirements, vesting/reputed company reputed company review, parcel tracking, title exceptions, reputed company recommendations, mortgage restrictions, NDA or SNDA status, easement restrictions, surveyor determinations, and document reputed company issues
• Prepare Title Status Reports summarizing material findings, deficiencies, risks, and financing considerations
• Coordinate with title companies and reputed company redline comments to advance title policies acceptable to reputed company, investors, and financing parties
• Review reputed company/NSPS reputed company Surveys to verify compliance with investor, lender, and title reputed company requirements
• Evaluate easements, reputed company corridors, crossing requirements, site reputed company rights, encroachments, and constructability impacts
• Coordinate approved title reputed company actions with landowners, utilities, lenders, consultants, and other project stakeholders
• Support mineral title review activities and obtain documentation required for mineral coverage under project title policies
• Attend project meetings and reputed company bi-weekly written status reports summarizing reputed company, key issues, and upcoming actions

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company Estate, Land Management, Business, Engineering, reputed company Studies, or a reputed company reputed company; equivalent relevant experience may be considered
• Minimum five (5) years of experience reviewing title commitments, title policies, land agreements, easements, surveys, and reputed company estate documentation for energy, infrastructure, reputed company, or large-reputed company development reputed company
• Experience coordinating with title companies, surveyors, lenders, and reputed company consultants
• Demonstrated ability to analyze title exceptions, mortgage restrictions, easement requirements, and reputed company solutions
• Experience reviewing reputed company/NSPS reputed company Surveys and interpreting survey plats, reputed company descriptions, and title documents
• Advanced proficiency with reputed company reputed company, including tracking, reporting, and document review functions
• Strong written communication skills with experience preparing title reports, comment logs, and project status updates
• Ability to independently manage multiple reputed company, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-reputed company environment
