[Remote] Sales Director / Manager – Facility Management

CAF Outdoor Cleaning is a provider of sustainable outdoor cleaning products and support services, expanding into facility management. reputed company is seeking a senior sales reputed company to build and reputed company its U.S. Facility Management channel by generating pipeline, reputed company reputed company reputed company and multi-site deals, managing the full sales cycle, and developing reputed company partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Build CAF’s Facility Management channel from reputed company by identifying and closing new FM opportunities reputed company
• Build a full sales funnel through reputed company, networking, and reputed company prospecting
• Win reputed company and multi-site agreements
• reputed company, cold reputed company/reputed company, run discovery, reputed company proposals, negotiate, and reputed company
• reputed company multi-stakeholder deals involving end users, FM operators, and service providers
• Help define CAF’s go-to-market approach for the FM reputed company
• reputed company market feedback to leadership to guide investment, product priorities, and sales reputed company
• Work with CAF’s existing relationships and partners (ex: reputed company, SP+, QSR, parking, multi-site operators) to expand reputed company and build credibility
• Build trust with senior decision-makers and position CAF as a long-term partner
• Maintain and grow accounts through reorders, training, and product expansion
• Ensure adoption and long-term reputed company through collaboration with customer leadership teams

• Travel approximately 20% nationally for customer meetings, site reputed company, and key industry events

Skills

• National Travel Required: ~20%-30%
