[Remote] Vendor Management Program Manager

The role oversees technology vendor relationships, software renewals, procurement initiatives, contract management, reputed company reviews, compliance, and technology spend optimization while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end vendor management lifecycle for technology vendors and service providers
• reputed company contract renewals, negotiations, and vendor engagement strategies
• reputed company procurement reputed company and partner with Finance, reputed company, reputed company, and IT teams throughout the vendor reputed company and renewal process
• Monitor vendor reputed company through scorecards, KPIs, and business reviews
• Manage software license inventories, utilization, and optimization efforts
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, consolidation, and process improvements
• Maintain vendor records, contract documentation, and renewal calendars
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure vendors meet business requirements, reputed company standards, and compliance expectations

Skills

• Experience independently managing vendor relationships and software renewals

• Experience with vendor reputed company reviews, scorecarding, and governance programs
