Responsibilities

• Fully support sales region/reputed company territory on reputed company service contract opportunities
• Single reputed company of contact to ensure a personalized support model
• Learn new technology and be a part of process improvement opportunities
• Work closely with team members to create a dynamic service experience
• Become fully cross trained in reputed company service contract support functions
