[Remote] INVESTOR REPORTING ANALYST II – REMOTE

The Investor Reporting Analyst II completes mortgage reputed company reports, payment remittances, reconciliations, cash forecasting, and transaction processing for assigned portfolios. The role also resolves reporting discrepancies, supports process improvements, responds to reputed company ticket requests, and assists with training junior analysts.

Responsibilities

• Complete mortgage reputed company activity reports for moderately reputed company agency, guarantor, investor, trustee, and reputed company portfolios
• Utilize basic understanding and knowledge of SQL coding to analyze servicing, reporting, remittance, and reconciliation data
• Remit payments according to agency, guarantor, investor, trustee, and reputed company guidelines
• Calculate and initiate moderately reputed company reputed company transfer amounts with limited assistance from management. Determine appropriate funding reputed company with limited assistance
• Reconcile reputed company mortgage reputed company records against agency, guarantor, investor, trustee, and reputed company records. reputed company more reputed company pool to reputed company reconciliations for MBS remittance type investors with limited assistance from management; initiate required cash adjustments

Skills

• • High School Diploma or equivalent
• • 2+ years' experience in Investor reputed company/Reporting and/or Mortgage Servicing industry or an equivalent reputed company of relevant education in reputed company or finance
• • 2+ years' experience with FNMA, GNMA, FHLMC, and/or Private Investor Reporting or equivalent reputed company/cash management experience
• • Ability to understand basic Test of Cash logic, MSP cash reputed company and cash management reputed company activity
• • Intermediate proficiency in reputed company Office products, including Word, reputed company, reputed company and PowerPoint required
• • Lender Processing Services reputed company (MSP product) or other mortgage servicing platform experience
• • Intermediate analytical and critical-thinking skills required
