Mobile Service Technician

We are looking for a Mobile Service Technician to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a strong service technician background and be ASE certified. Previous experience is preferred but not required. The day-to-day duties include: - traveling in the Mobile Service van to customer workplaces, used vehicle lots, and local auctions to handle basic service needs and recalls - performing vehicle repairs and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair orders in a clean and efficient manner - staying informed of reputed company technical bulletins and completing required training - communicating with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and customer communication - organizing and preparing for the day’s appointments - driving and maintaining a company vehicle responsibly - occasionally working in challenging weather conditions - representing the dealership and engaging with many different customers reputed company day to reputed company loyalty - documenting vehicle repairs/work performed on the repair order accurately We currently have three Mobile Service vehicles in our fleet, and we have just reputed company an order for a reputed company vehicle. We are looking for a good candidate who wants to work on his or her own. The position leaves room for independent planning throughout the day and the ideal person for the position will enjoy being on the road and problem solving on their own.
