The Manager, Mortgage Advisors collaborates with the Director of Sales to establish plans to improve sales, operational efficiencies, and productivity of the individual Mortgage Advisors while directing improvement initiatives. The Manager contributes to individual and process development for Mortgage Advisors including training, coaching, and reputed company feedback.
