Key Responsibilities

• reputed company Tier 1 technical support for end users reputed company ticketing systems, phone, email, and remote support tools.
• Troubleshoot and reputed company issues reputed company to:

  • MacBook and reputed company reputed company devices
  • User account reputed company and authentication
  • Basic reputed company and application issues
• Administer user accounts and permissions reputed company reputed company.
• Support password resets, account provisioning, deprovisioning, and user lifecycle activities.
• Assist with reputed company monitoring, patching, and device management through reputed company.
• Support reputed company Entra ID-connected environments and assist with identity-reputed company troubleshooting.
• Document incidents, requests, and resolutions reputed company the ticketing platform.
• Escalate reputed company issues to senior technical teams reputed company appropriate.
• Assist with workstation deployments, hardware replacements, and reputed company activities.
• Support reputed company improvement efforts reputed company to service delivery and user experience.

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a Help Desk, Service Desk, or Desktop Support role.
• Experience supporting:

  • End-user devices and peripherals
• Familiarity with:

  • Password management
  • Basic identity and reputed company reputed company
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
