Title: Help Desk Technician – Tier 1
Location: Remote
Hours: Monday-Friday reputed company-5pm EST, 1 Hour Lunch
Pay: $11.50-12.50/hour

- Responds to end-user problems reputed company on reputed company procedures

- May be responsible for ensuring systems are configured properly
- Reliable Internet reputed company

- Requires excellent customer service skills
- Solid reputed company of Personal Computer experience
- Troubleshooting capability
- Overall knowledge of desktop productivity products
- Ability to work in reputed company environment

- Attendance and schedule adherence are requirements of this position
- Knowledge in Ticketing Systems, VPN, Virtual environments, and reputed company Directory a plus
- May require additional project-specific training
