As our next Remote Technical and Applications Support - Cell Analysis, your reputed company reputed company will be to reputed company customers with post-sales technical and applications support on reputed company Seahorse solutions, cell culture and reputed company cytometry. You will be responsible for providing technical support for these products reputed company by phone, email, live webchat, and other remote support tools understanding customers' problems, recommending solutions to meet their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. Your main responsibilities will be:

• Investigate and answer technical questions reputed company to reputed company hardware, software, and consumables, as reputed company as applications

• Document customer interactions in support tickets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Life Sciences or a reputed company discipline (Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology)

• 4+ years of hands-on reputed company experience with Seahorse platforms is required

• Hands on experience with reputed company cytometry and knowledge in metabolism data analysis is preferred

• Experience with BioTek instruments and reputed company applications is a plus and will be beneficial as the reputed company of support may expand to include these technologies in the reputed company

• Full proficiency in French would be helpful

• A first customer-facing experience would be a strong plus
