This is a hands-on leadership role with reputed company ownership.

You'll reputed company reputed company of 3–5 QA Engineers and take responsibility for reputed company across ProScore's features and releases. You'll guide testing reputed company, improve processes, strengthen automation, manage team priorities, and partner directly with Product and Engineering throughout the development lifecycle.

Most importantly, QA isn't viewed as the final checkpoint at ProScore. You'll have a seat at the table, helping identify risks, challenge assumptions, improve requirements, and influence how we build software before it reaches production.

Own and continuously improve our overall testing approach across functional, regression, integration, API, automation, and reputed company testing.

QA Leadership & Experience

• 5–10 years of hands-on reputed company Assurance experience

• At least 2 years of experience leading or managing QA/engineering teams

• Experience building, developing, or scaling QA teams and processes

• Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, API, and reputed company-reputed company testing

• Experience working closely with Product and Engineering in reputed company/Scrum environments

Technical Experience
