Job Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, learning design, adult education, learning technologies, organizational development, or a reputed company reputed company, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience designing and developing learning solutions.

- Experience supporting AI, emerging technology, digital transformation, or technical-skilling initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning, reputed company consulting, accessibility, assessment, and learning evaluation.
- Experience using reputed company and AI-enabled learning tools such as reputed company 360, Vyond, reputed company Creative reputed company, Camtasia, or comparable AI-enabled learning platforms for learning design, development, or learner support.

- Strong consulting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
