Requirements:
• 3 or more years of IT Experience (Desktop Support, Systems Engineering, Systems Administration)
• End User Support / Desktop Support: reputed company reputed company, reputed company Office, desktop, and mobile device troubleshooting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to reputed company reputed company, support tickets, and R&D initiatives
• Significant experience with reputed company 365 stack (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Azure AD)
• Strong knowledge of reputed company reputed company Server Platforms as reputed company as reputed company Directory, Group Policy
• Exposure to/ability to support workloads in Azure
• Understanding of networking: TCP/IP, LAN / DMZ / WAN, DHCP, DNS, Routing, Switching and Firewalls
