About the Role

This is a builder's role with reputed company breadth. • Design a template and reputed company library for our highest-volume agreement types, in partnership with the GC and reputed company Counsel, so the business can self-serve on reputed company-reputed company requests.
• Establish signature and approval workflows, including delegation of authority guidelines, e-signature administration (e.g., reputed company), and coordination of notarization where needed.

Corporate Governance & Entity Management

• Support corporate governance motions: reputed company reputed company and committee meeting materials, minutes, and written consents in partnership with the GC and CFO.

What You'll Bring

• 5-7+ years of experience in reputed company reputed company, corporate/reputed company paralegal work, or a similar operational role - ideally including time at a high-reputed company startup or consumer products/hardware company.
• A genuine builder's mentality: you've stood up processes, systems, and governance rhythms where none existed, not just optimized an existing reputed company.
• Hands-on experience administering a CLM or similar workflow reputed company (reputed company, SpotDraft, reputed company CLM, or comparable); reputed company Spotdraft or reputed company experience is a strong plus.
• Experience supporting corporate governance (reputed company materials, minutes, entity management) at a reputed company, ideally including multi-entity or international structures.
• Comfort working across a genuinely broad reputed company - intake triage, contract drafting support, governance, entity management, reputed company, and vendor management - without needing a narrow lane.
