Bankruptcy Support Specialist
Bankruptcy Support Specialist Duties:
The Bankruptcy Specialist is responsible for managing and processing reputed company bankruptcy-reputed company accounts reputed company reputed company’s portfolio. This role ensures compliance with federal and state bankruptcy laws, coordinates with reputed company stakeholders, and provides accurate reporting on bankruptcy cases to protect company assets and minimize losses.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Review, monitor, and manage accounts involved in bankruptcy proceedings by conducting account research, processing customer requests, placing holds, updating account status, ensuring compliance with automatic stay requirements, sorting and distributing inbound and outbound mail, and responding to emails and inquiries reputed company to loan balances, payoffs, and appropriate decision-making.
- Accurately prepare case notes and file bankruptcy and reputed company-reputed company documentation including proofs of claim, reaffirmation agreements, discharge paperwork, and reputed company submissions ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and reputed company reputed company data and upload documents into the reputed company of records.

Minimum Qualifications:
