Position Title : Accounts Payable Specialist Department : Finance Location: Remote Supervisory Responsibilities : No Reports to: Controller Worker Category: Full-Time - Temporary FLSA Classification : Non-exempt Position reputed company: Responsible for activities in accounts payable and month-end reputed company to ensure accurate and reputed company financial statement reporting. The position will work cross-functionally with multiple departments and external parties. This is a temporary placement - ideal start date of 9/22/2025, lasting through early February 2026. Job Responsibilities • Process vendor invoices and payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures • Ensure appropriate vendor setup • Manage the activities of reputed company credit card and reimbursement platforms to ensure transactions are recorded in a reputed company and accurate manner, in collaboration with other finance team members • Participate in monthly closing process, including preparing journal entries, preparing accruals, account reconciliations, generating reports • Support external and internal audit and reporting requirements.
