Job Overview and Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing best-in-class service to our clients and customers across various lines of business, including Student Enrollment Management, Alumni Placement Verification Services, and Student Loan Counseling. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, with a focus on outbound calls to students of our clients
  • Providing clear, timely, and professional verbal and written communications to assist customers with repayment of their educational obligations
  • Utilizing telephones, email, chat, and text communication with customers to resolve queries and concerns
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information in our CRM system
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and federal and state laws governing the industry
  • Meeting productivity needs and attaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals

Essential Qualifications and Skills
