About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Success Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers and driving customer satisfaction and growth. You will be responsible for:
  • Supporting customers with their financial needs and proactively seeking out ways to improve their experience through various channels, including phone, text, chat, video chat, and more.
  • Offering ideas and solutions for the Customer Success Group to improve customer outcomes.
  • Performing moderately complex research to resolve complex customer problems, including communicating with other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Receiving direction from management and escalating non-routine questions when answering inquiries or resolving issues, while providing best-in-class customer experience.
  • Adhering to work guidelines, policies, and regulations.
  • Interacting with management, peers, and external customers on products, services, or customer segments.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support through various channels.
  • Identifying and resolving complex customer issues, including communicating with other departments as needed.
  • Developing and implementing solutions to improve customer outcomes and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with the Customer Success Group to share best practices and improve customer experiences.
  • Staying up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and policies to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
  • Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction and retention targets.

Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Success Representative at arenaflex, you will need:
  • 2+ years of experience in assessing and meeting the needs of customers or solving customer problems, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages, with a focus on languages spoken in the regions we serve.
