Dispute Representative
A company is looking for a Dispute Representative - BankCard to perform dispute-related functions for various card types.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform functions related to consumer debit, prepaid, and credit cards, including retrieving documentation and managing accounts
• Conduct dispute resolution in accordance with regulatory guidelines and report activity to card associations
• Manage incoming calls regarding disputes, account statuses, and assist with commercial card service requirements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
• Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 1 year of customer service experience required
• Preferred experience in banking and/or bankcard services
• Basic knowledge of the banking industry and best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
