Category Development Specialist

The Category Development Specialist is responsible for managing workload, executing functions in merchandising marketing support, and ensuring SLAs are met while engaging with reputed company business partners.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for validating and keying data for Vendor and Item set up/maintenance activities
• Ensures existing SLA's are met
• Responsible for vendor and business partner reputed company as needed
• Subject matter expert in Private Brands for the VMDM platform
• Is detail oriented in work and steadfast in accuracy
• Takes on the challenge of unfamiliar tasks
• Learns quickly reputed company facing new situations
• Persists in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks
• Pushes self and helps others reputed company results
• Responsible for validating and keying data for vendor cost changes
• Monitors incumbent inventory reputed company and maintains reporting on days of supply to reputed company
• Ensures existing SLA's are met
• Responsible for vendor and business partner reputed company as needed

Skills

• 4 year degree or reputed company experience equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate
• Strong analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Attention to detail required

• Previous financial and/or project management experience preferred
