Associate Account Manager
Talentpluto is a fast-growing fintech SaaS company that provides an all-in-one financial platform for modern businesses. They are seeking an Associate Account Manager to support existing customers, identify expansion opportunities, and act as a trusted point of contact for accounts without dedicated management.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a small book of existing customers without dedicated account management coverage
- Build trusted relationships with customers and act as a reliable, responsive partner
- Identify and surface expansion and upsell opportunities in collaboration with Account Managers
- Partner closely with post-sales and go-to-market teams to ensure a strong customer experience
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, including founders and senior stakeholders
- Maintain accurate notes and updates within internal systems
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to build trust quickly with customers
- Comfort engaging with existing clients and handling customer-facing conversations
- Ability to think clearly and adapt in real time during conversations
- Demonstrated motivation, ownership, and follow-through in academic, professional, or extracurricular settings
- Interest in account management, customer success, or post-sales roles in a startup environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred; new graduates and candidates graduating soon are encouraged to apply
- Prior sales or fintech experience is not required
