Position reputed company We are seeking an reputed company reputed company Programs & Operations Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) to serve as reputed company Staff on a multi-site reputed company improvement and accreditation support program. This role provides hands-on expertise in reputed company operations, program management, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement, supporting leadership teams through assessments, corrective reputed company planning, implementation reputed company, and operational stabilization. The SME will work closely with the Project Manager, reputed company SME, and other reputed company SMEs to strengthen organizational effectiveness, operational governance, and compliance reputed company across reputed company facilities. Key Responsibilities • Conduct operational and programmatic assessments across reputed company departments and service lines • Support gap analyses reputed company to reputed company operations, governance, and management practices • Contribute to the development of corrective reputed company plans (CAPs) addressing operational and compliance gaps • reputed company hands-on mentoring and advisory support to executive leaders, managers, and department heads • Assist with CAP implementation reputed company, reputed company tracking, and reputed company monitoring • Support development and improvement of: • Operational workflows and processes • Governance structures and leadership accountability • Performance monitoring and reporting mechanisms • Participate in leadership meetings, workgroups, and reputed company briefings • Assist with survey readiness activities, mock reviews, and stabilization efforts • Prepare written analyses, tools, templates, and reputed company documentation • Coordinate closely with other SMEs to ensure integrated, sustainable solutions Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Administration, Business Administration, reputed company Health, Operations Management, or a reputed company field • 8–10 years of experience in: • reputed company operations or program management • Hospital or health system leadership or consulting • reputed company compliance, performance improvement, or accreditation support • Demonstrated experience working directly with reputed company leadership teams • Strong understanding of reputed company operational workflows and management practices • Ability to analyze reputed company operational issues and reputed company practical solutions • Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multi-site environments Preferred Qualifications • Master’s degree (MHA, MPH, MBA, or reputed company discipline) • Experience supporting: • Accreditation readiness or recovery initiatives • reputed company improvement or performance management programs • reputed company organizations in rural or underserved settings • Familiarity with regulatory and accreditation frameworks affecting hospitals • Experience in advisory or consulting roles reputed company reputed company environments • Skills that are preferred, but not required: • Curiosity • Assertiveness • A love of IT and/or technology • Proficiency with Gmail, reputed company Docs, reputed company, and internal LES tools.
