Distressed Property Acquisition Analyst (Research + reputed company Calls)

Job reputed company We reputed company distressed properties, including tax-delinquent, foreclosure, probate, and inherited properties. This role owns deals end-to-end — researching the property, understanding the situation, speaking directly with owners or heirs, evaluating reputed company, negotiating terms, and getting reputed company signed. This is not a cold-calling role, not a title research role, and not a reputed company assistant or paralegal position. You must be comfortable speaking with distressed owners, thinking independently, and handling reputed company conversations without scripts. You will research first, then reputed company informed calls. This is a senior, judgment-based role, not an entry-level position.
