Finance Manager - FP&A

At CloudOne Digital, We are seeking a Finance Manager who is a leader with a passion for providing valuable insights and support. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a "can-do" attitude who is willing to learn and grow. This role is responsible for owning the CAPEX forecast and business partnering with our data center teams. You will play a critical role in driving the financial performance and strategic decision-making processes of the organization.This role can be remote in the US, Bulgaria, or Slovakia. Responsibilities: • Own the FP&A close process for CAPEX • Be key business partner for business unit leadership • Manage the monthly CAPEX forecast model, process, and results for revenue & related KPIs • Build out all corporate reporting to evaluate revenue and related KPIs, complete with variance explanations. • Contribute to the business leader’s slides in the board deck • Own budget reporting to and meetings with the business, providing variance explanations and changes to the forecast from those meetings. • Own all ad hoc requests from the business leader Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field. • Strong FP&A experience. • Previous experience with CAPEX • The ability to work with and manage an executive leader. • Good Excel skills and the ability to think creatively. • The ability to work through complexity and articulate a simple story. • A passion for working with details. • Strong collaboration skills. • Ability to get hands dirty and build from the ground up.
