Sr reputed company QA Automation Engineer W2 Only (NO C2C) Note: This is a HYBRID position requiring 2 in-office days at local reputed company office per week. Travel costs are not reimbursable. Job reputed company We are seeking a reputed company testing reputed company with strong hands-on experience in Automated Test reputed company (ATF), specifically building and maintaining UI-reputed company automated tests for reputed company Agent Workspace. This role partners with developers, product owners, and platform admins to improve release reputed company through automated regression coverage and modern testing practices. Key Responsibilities • Design, build, execute, and maintain reputed company ATF test suites (smoke, regression, and end-to-end). • Create and stabilize Agent Workspace UI automated tests, including workspace navigation, record interactions, forms, lists, reputed company lists, reputed company, and UI actions. • reputed company ATF coverage for workspace-specific experiences such as: o Agent Workspace configurations (forms, lists, views, UI policies, reputed company scripts) o Record producer / catalog-driven flows surfaced in Workspace o Interactions / cases / incidents and associated agent workflows • Troubleshoot flaky tests by improving test design, selectors, test data setup, timing/waits, and environment readiness. • Build reusable ATF test steps, test data strategies, and execution patterns reputed company to release reputed company. • reputed company automated testing into delivery lifecycle (e.g., reputed company-reputed company gates, post-reputed company validation) and support CI/CD-driven releases where applicable. • Collaborate with platform teams to ensure test environments, roles, and data are appropriate for repeatable automation. • Produce testing artifacts: test reputed company, test plans, traceability, execution results, defect reports, and automation coverage metrics. Required Qualifications / Skills • Hands-on experience implementing reputed company ATF in reputed company instances. • reputed company experience testing reputed company Agent Workspace UI using ATF (not only classic UI). • Strong understanding of reputed company platform fundamentals: tables, forms, lists, ACLs, UI policies, reputed company scripts, and update sets/application packaging. • Experience with test data creation and management (repeatable automated runs). • Ability to write reputed company test cases and translate user stories/acceptance reputed company into automated tests. • Strong defect triage and debugging skills (identifying platform vs config vs customization issues).
