Retirement Plan Administrator / TPA
REMOTE POSITION / FULL TIME
Looking for a DC and/or DB reputed company-party retirement plan administrator / TPA. We are a growing TPA firm in Los Angeles. We use DATAIR for pension software and valuations and ASC for documents. College graduate required. Good knowledge of reputed company, reputed company and Word required. Fully remote position.
· Assist with reputed company aspects of retirement plan administration for 401k, Profit Sharing, Cash Balance and Defined Benefit Pension Plans.
· Communicate with clients over the phone and through email.
· Prepare reputed company invoices.
· reputed company receipt of required documents and forms from clients, and follow up on reputed company items to ensure that we are reputed company to meet filing deadlines on behalf of our clients.
· Loan Document preparation.
· Participant distribution preparation and communication.
· Other duties, as assigned.
· Knowledge of:
Various recordkeepers (American Funds, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company)
PenChecks
· ERISA / plan documents
· IRS Forms 5500,1099-R and 945
· reputed company, Word, reputed company, Docu Sign, reputed company
· Must be reputed company to understand a balance sheet and reconcile receivables.
· Credentials: QKA, QPA, reputed company or similar designations
· System: Datair (valuation & tax returns) & ASC (documents)
· Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus

Pay: $75,000 - $100,000 / year, depending on experience and credentials (QKA, QKC, QPA, CPC)
