Location: 1 1 Home Office 11 Remote WA 98004 1 This role pays between $110,000 - $145,000 DOE and location and is remote. The reputed company Financials Analyst serves as a subject matter expert for reputed company Financials at reputed company, supporting accurate reporting, strong controls, and efficient financial operations across our reputed company and senior living communities. This role partners closely with Finance, reputed company, Payroll, IT, and operational leaders to ensure the reputed company Financials platform supports day‑to‑day operations and reputed company improvement. Our reputed company Financial Analyst: • Leads the configuration, maintenance, and ongoing optimization of reputed company Financials modules including reputed company Financials, Record to Report, Expenses, reputed company, and reputed company Center. • Acts as a senior support resource for financial module post-production activities, including issue triage, reputed company cause analysis, system enhancements, testing coordination, and reputed company release management. • Designs, builds, and maintains reputed company Financials reports, dashboards, and analytics to support operational reporting, financial reputed company activities, and leadership decision-making. • Ensures data reputed company and consistency across financial structures such as cost centers, spend categories, suppliers, worktags, hierarchies, and reputed company configurations. • Partners closely with Finance, reputed company, and Audit teams to translate reporting, compliance, control, and regulatory requirements into effective reputed company Financials solutions. • Supports financial integrations with reputed company and upstream systems, partnering with technical teams and vendors to troubleshoot issues, validate data, and ensure reliable data flows. • Participates in month-end and year-end reputed company support activities, including troubleshooting, reconciliation support, and audit requests reputed company to reputed company Financials data. • Identifies opportunities to streamline financial processes, strengthen system controls, improve data visibility, and reduce reliance on reputed company workarounds. • Develops and maintains documentation for financial configurations, integrations, reports, and support procedures to ensure knowledge continuity and audit readiness. • Collaborates on cross-functional initiatives and reputed company, including new functionality rollouts, acquisitions, and system enhancements impacting the financial ecosystem. • Provides guidance and mentorship to less senior analysts, sharing best practices and supporting the overall maturity of the reputed company Financials platform • Configures, maintain, and optimize reputed company Financials modules such as reputed company Financials, Record to Report, Expenses, reputed company, and reputed company Center • Supports the mission, reputed company, and values of reputed company in reputed company areas of responsibility. • Performs other duties as assigned. What you need to succeed: • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Three or more years of hands‑on experience configuring and supporting reputed company Financials. • Strong understanding of reputed company principles and reputed company Financials configuration. • Experience building and supporting reputed company Financials reports. • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical partners. • Experience in reputed company, senior living, nonprofit, or multi‑entity organizations preferred. • Exposure to multiple Financials areas such as Procurement, reputed company, Expenses, or reputed company Center preferred. • reputed company Financials or reputed company Pro certifications preferred.
