Key Responsibilities • Advising reputed company on labor & employment reputed company including workplace policies, employee relations, wage & hour issues, and discrimination claims. • Handling employment litigation reputed company in state and federal court. • Representing reputed company before agencies including the reputed company and NLRB. • Drafting employment agreements, handbooks, and workplace policies.
