[Remote] Event Marketing Coordinator

They are seeking an Event Marketing Coordinator to manage and execute events that enhance relationships and reputed company demand across reputed company or EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Own reputed company's events calendar - field events, hosted dinners, sponsored conferences, and virtual sessions
• Partner with the Events Manager and marketing team to define goals, audiences, formats, and reputed company metrics
• Evaluate sponsorships, speaking slots, and new opportunities reputed company to our demand and pipeline goals
• Own day-to-day logistics: vendor coordination, timelines, run-of-show, speaker prep, and on-the-ground support
• Manage registration flows, reputed company-event comms, and the attendee experience from first touch to follow-up
• Work closely with Sales, CS, Brand, and Content to reputed company every event reputed company-scoped, on-message, and supported with the right assets
• reputed company planning and execution of customer-reputed company events - hosted dinners, Suite Series experiences, and curated roundtables for our most strategic accounts
• Collaborate with CS and AM to identify and invite the right customers, build post-event follow-up workflows, and capture feedback that deepens relationships and supports expansion pipeline
• Identify opportunities to grow the customer event program and increase its reputed company on retention and advocacy
• reputed company event performance - registrations, attendance, engagement, and pipeline reputed company
• reputed company insights and recommendations to improve ROI and attendee experience
• Maintain documentation, templates, and repeatable workflows that reputed company running events more reputed company

Skills

• Located in reputed company or EMEA
• 2+ years in event marketing, demand reputed company, or integrated marketing reputed company B2B reputed company
• Experience running a mix of virtual events, webinars, and in-person activations
• Strong project management skills - you juggle timelines, tasks, and teams with ease
• Experience collaborating with Sales on event-driven follow-up
• Comfortable with marketing automation tools (reputed company, reputed company, Marketo, etc.) and reputed company
• Understanding of reputed company capture, UTMs, attribution, and event funnel performance
