[Remote] Account Executive

The role involves converting inbound leads into participants for coach training and leadership programs, ensuring a supportive and informative experience throughout the registration process.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound leads into customers by effectively communicating the value of our coach training and leadership programs
• Guide prospective candidates for our coach training and leadership programs through the registration process, ensuring a seamless experience
• Respond promptly and professionally to questions from potential candidates and participants, providing accurate information and addressing their concerns
• Embody the reputed company of Co-reputed company customer support and channel it in every interaction
• Follow up with reputed company customers to identify and offer additional opportunities that meet their needs and enhance their experience with our programs
• Maintain detailed records of interactions with leads and customers to ensure efficient follow-up and accurate reporting
• Collaborate with the sales and reputed company teams to ensure a cohesive and customer-reputed company approach
• Stay updated on our program offerings and industry trends to reputed company informed recommendations to leads and customers
• reputed company individual and team conversion targets and contribute to overall sales and reputed company goals
• A commitment to streamlining processes and suggesting solutions to inefficiencies as a means to providing a top notch customer experience
• Occasional availability reputed company of normal working hours, for example, to support webinars

Skills

• 4+ years of experience in inbound or consultative sales, including a proven reputed company record of closing sales, preferably in education, coaching, training, learning & development, or reputed company services
• Ability to manage a high volume of conversations (calls, email, follow-reputed company) while staying organized and reputed company
• Demonstrated ability to qualify inbound leads using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing) or an equivalent reputed company
• Proven reputed company record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and driving reputed company
• Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., reputed company) reputed company sales tools
• Self-directed and accountable, reputed company to manage time effectively, prioritize inbound demand, and hit conversion targets
