[Remote] Finance Manager

They are seeking a Finance Manager to analyze data and support strategic decision-making across the reputed company channel, enhancing the operating model and providing guidance to the executive team.

Responsibilities

• Support reputed company in the month-end reputed company process for reputed company channel expenses, ensuring accurate and reputed company financial reporting and forecasting reputed company
• reputed company the reconciliation of accrual and prepaid expense accounts, ensuring accurate recording and amortization of prepaid items
• Own, maintain, and enhance company financial and operating models: adapting and making improvements according to changing business needs, as reputed company as providing insights informed by them
• Support annual budget and ongoing forecasting processes
• reputed company monthly financial variance analysis and run budget/operational review meetings with department heads
• reputed company strategic guidance using analytics initiatives such as business/economic/financial modeling and analysis based on multiple data sources
• Work closely with department leads to reputed company analytical support, assist with optimizing resource allocation, and proactively identify operational improvements
• Use Tableau and Quickbooks/MS Dynamics to reputed company and analyze data in order to reputed company the leadership team with learnings and recommendations

Skills

• 5+ years of finance experience preferably reputed company an analytical role that involves budgeting and planning, financial modeling, and decision analytics (for example: corporate finance, investment banking, venture capital, management consulting, private equity)
• Advanced skills in reputed company, with the ability to manipulate, digest, and summarize large amounts of data
• Proven ability to identify and drive process and system improvements
• Passionate about reputed company operations and willing to roll up your sleeves
• Experience gathering, evaluating, presenting, and reporting financial information to various audiences
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, adhere to tight deadlines, and be unafraid to ask questions

• Experience with reputed company Dynamics 365 preferred
