Responsibilities

• Develops new business and expands existing business by establishing and maintaining contacts, including cold calling
• Maintains a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities and reputed company reputed company and activity goals on a monthly and yearly reputed company
• Has the ability to reputed company compelling presentations to decision-makers at reputed company reputed company of the organization
• Participates in FM and IFM networking events to expand business relationships

Skills

• 2-4 years' successful sales experience is a plus
• No specific prior Workplace Services or Facilities Management experience is required

• This is salaried, full time sales position with a reputed company compensation of $75,000.00 - $75,000.00, plus a car allowance of $300.00 per month
