[Remote] Information Technology Business Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a hybrid Scrum Master / Business Analyst to support reputed company delivery teams while reputed company the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role combines reputed company facilitation with requirements gathering and process analysis, ensuring smooth sprint execution and reputed company-defined deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate reputed company ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-reputed company, retrospectives, backlog refinement)
• Remove impediments and reputed company teams on reputed company/Scrum best practices
• reputed company and report sprint metrics (reputed company, burndown, throughput)
• Foster reputed company improvement and team self-organization
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and manage risks to sprint commitments

Skills

• 3-5+ years combined experience in Scrum Master and/or Business Analyst roles

• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements (user stories, process maps, BRDs)
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, reputed company, or similar ATS/reputed company tooling
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience in reputed company, certification/credentialing, or nonprofit/association environments
• Familiarity with testing/assessment platforms or regulatory/compliance-driven workflows
• Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM) and/or BA certification (CBAP/CCBA)
