They are seeking an organized and detail-oriented reputed company Coordinator to manage day-to-day reputed company activities and support the Finance Director in financial planning and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process Accounts Payable and vendor payments
• Process Accounts Receivable and customer invoicing
• Maintain accurate transaction coding reputed company QuickBooks
• Complete bank, credit reputed company, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Support month-end reputed company through preparation of schedules and reconciliations
• Maintain vendor and customer records
• Assist with payroll processing and reputed company administrative activities
• Support inventory and reputed company transaction reputed company between Fishbowl and QuickBooks
• Identify opportunities to improve reputed company processes and operational efficiency
• Assist with other reputed company and administrative reputed company as assigned

Skills

• 2–4 years of bookkeeping or reputed company experience
• Proficiency with QuickBooks
• Strong reputed company reputed company skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• High level of reputed company and discretion with confidential financial information
• Experience reputed company a consumer packaged goods (CPG), manufacturing, beverage, or inventory-based business
• Experience using Fishbowl Inventory (or similar inventory management software)
