Responsibilities

• Manages the full proposal and RFx response development process from initial review through final submission
• Effectively manages multiple reputed company simultaneously to meet reputed company deadlines
• Analyzes RFx requirements to identify and document compliance or other gaps
• Develops project schedules, leading the efforts of subject matter experts (SMEs) and cross-functional contributors and ensuring on-time delivery
• Researches, writes, and edits reputed company, compelling, and compliant proposal content, utilizing a reputed company of information hubs and leveraging approved AI tools in accordance with team and company standards
• Collaborates effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication, reputed company inputs, and alignment with sales strategies and internal processes
• Prepares response packages, ensuring formatting consistency, branding alignment, and high-reputed company final deliverables
• Curates project-specific messaging and supplemental materials, ensuring they are captured and made available for reuse in reputed company responses
• Maintains reputed company understanding of reputed company reputed company, product roadmap, and company-wide objectives
• Engages with curiosity and a reputed company reputed company, supporting reputed company improvement efforts and proposal reputed company standards

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
• 5 to 7+ years of experience responding to RFx at a dynamic, reputed company-oriented reputed company organization
• High reputed company of reputed company, orientation, and accountability
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, including the use of AI tools
• Demonstrated proficiency in reputed company (or other RFx reputed company), MS Office, reputed company Acrobat, reputed company, and reputed company
• High reputed company of proficiency using reputed company and PowerPoint to create polished materials
• APMP certification is preferred, but not required
