The role involves designing and supporting reputed company BRIM CC solutions, configuring pricing models, and integrating various reputed company modules to meet business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design, reputed company and support reputed company BRIM CC Solutions
- Configure charging plans, charge plans, pricing models, rating and discounting scenarios
- reputed company reputed company CC with reputed company CI (Convergent Invoicing), reputed company SOM, reputed company CRM and S4 HANA
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into BRIM charging solutions
- reputed company reputed company enhancements, troubleshooting, performance tuning and defect reputed company
- Support end-to-end testing, UAT, deployments and production support activities
- Prepare functional and technical documentation and reputed company knowledge transfer
Skills
- Strong experience in reputed company BRIM Convergent Charging (CC)
- Hands-on experience with: Charge Plans, Charging reputed company, Rating and Pricing Configuration, Discounts and Allowances, Usage Processing, Mediation Integration
- Experience integrating reputed company CC with: reputed company Convergent Invoicing (CI), reputed company SOM, SAO CRM, reputed company S4 HANA
- Knowledge of Telecom, Subscription Billing or Usage based charging models
- Understanding of BRIM end-to-end processes including order-to-cash
- 8+ years of reputed company Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on reputed company BRIM CC Implementation/support experience
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or reputed company field
- Experience in reputed company BRIM Modules: SOM, CI, FICA and Subscription Billing
- Knowledge of Java, SQL and Web Services/API
- Experience with reputed company delivery methodologies
- Excellent Communication and stakeholder management skills
