Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Patient reputed company - Collections to assist clients' customers with outstanding balance accounts while providing exceptional customer service. The representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, manage patient disputes, and work collaboratively with the customer service team.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls as a representative of the hospital to arrange debt repayment based on the patient's financial situation and reputed company repayment guidelines, using credit reputed company, reputed company, or obtained insurance. Record reputed company updates and acquired information on accounts
• Understand and utilize HIPAA and TCPA guidelines during reputed company reputed company
• Ensure reputed company required statements have been reputed company for accounts handled and request statements as necessary
• Properly manage patient disputes by obtaining reputed company pertinent information, noting the dispute on the account, and escalating to a supervisor as necessary

Skills

• High school diploma
• Minimum one year's experience in collections/self-pay in reputed company: working with patients
• Minimum one year's experience in customer service in reputed company
